Giant Grilled Mushrooms


These are topped, not stuffed Mushrooms.

Quick to make and delicious to eat.

They are great for breakfast, lunch or supper. 



Ingredients:

1pkt Giant Brown Mushrooms (1 pkt)

1       Spring Onion

1 ½   Feta Cheese Wheel

         Black Pepper

         Oil


         
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

2. Brush and clean off any dirt from the Mushrooms.

3. Add the chopped Spring Onions and Feta Cheese into a small bowl and mix.

4. Drizzle a little oil onto a baking sheet pan.

5. Put the Mushrooms on the baking sheet pan and top it with the Spring Onion and Feta Cheese mixture.

6. Sprinkle a little Crushed Black Pepper on the top and bake it in the oven for 7 to 10 minutes.

Eat them immediately!
